Organization Campaign Agreement
1. Who can run a campaign
Campaigns are available to schools, school-affiliated organizations (booster clubs, PTAs and PTOs), churches, and other tax-exempt or nonprofit organizations. Before a campaign goes live, the organization uploads documentation of its tax-exempt or nonprofit status and completes payout onboarding through our payments partner, which performs its own identity and business verification.
2. Donations to your campaign
For each qualifying order attributed to your campaign, Manna Fund donates a percentage of the net proceeds from that order. The donation rate increases as your campaign's monthly order volume grows, and the rate is locked at the time each order is placed. Refunded or cancelled orders reduce the donation accordingly.
3. Payouts
Donations are totaled monthly and paid to the bank account your organization connects during onboarding. Payouts are released after the month closes and any applicable refund adjustments are calculated. Manna Fund absorbs payment chargebacks rather than deducting them from your organization's contribution. Your campaign dashboard shows amounts earned, paid, and remaining at all times.
4. Account access and your leadership team
Each person who accesses the campaign dashboard must have their own login and enroll in two-factor authentication. Logins may not be shared. A campaign may have up to five leaders, and any leader may invite another member of the organization's leadership up to that limit. Please remove teammates promptly when they leave the organization.
5. Supporter information
Supporters are asked, at sign-up, whether they consent to share their name and contact information with the campaign they support. Your organization receives that information only for supporters who opt in, and may use it solely to thank supporters and communicate about the campaign — never to sell, rent, or transfer to a third party.
6. Promoting your campaign
Manna Fund provides email templates, flyers, and other materials through your dashboard. Please use current materials and don't overstate the donation amount or imply that Manna Fund endorses an unrelated cause, candidate, or organization.
7. Where campaigns can operate
Campaigns may be organized nationwide. Product delivery is available in the areas we currently ship to, which will expand over time. We'll tell you before your campaign goes live where your supporters can receive orders.
8. Ending a campaign
Either party may end a campaign with notice. Donations already earned on completed, non-refunded orders will still be paid out on the normal schedule.
