Consumer User Agreement
Who you're buying from
Manna Fund, LLC is the merchant of record for your order. Products are shipped directly to you by our distribution partner on Manna Fund's behalf.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is charged at a flat rate disclosed at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon physical delivery of the package to your address.
Partial fulfillment and rejected lines
If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will omit it from your shipment and refund the product price paid for that item. Shipping charges and taxes are final and are not refunded on omitted or short-shipped items. We do not substitute products.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 72 hours of delivery through our support page. Photos of the item, the damage, and the shipping label help us resolve your claim quickly. Keep the packaging and affected items until your claim is resolved.
Packages that never arrive
If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us. Manna Fund may, at its discretion, refund or replace lost packages. We may ask you for a signed written statement confirming non-receipt and for your cooperation with our carrier claim investigation.
Returns
Because we ship perishable and consumable grocery products, we do not accept routine returns. Refunds and replacements are handled through the claims process described above.
Fundraising campaigns
Each order may be attributed to a fundraising campaign. Campaign benefits are calculated on Manna Fund's net proceeds from qualifying orders and are disclosed on the campaign page. Attribution is applied at the time your order is placed.
Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Supporter information shared with campaign organizations is limited and subject to your consent choices.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Colorado.
