Manna Technologies, LLC ("Manna Technologies," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Manna Technologies Operations Platform (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Platform.

This Policy applies to information collected through the Platform, including data entered by authorized users, data received from integrated services, and data generated by Platform operations. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that are linked from or integrated with the Platform.

We collect information needed to run fundraising and distribution operations, including:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and role assignment.
• Business data: product catalog selections, pricing, inventory snapshots, purchase orders, invoices, and campaign details.
• Order data: customer names, shipping addresses, order items, payment amounts, and fulfillment status received from Shopify.
• Usage data: log data, error reports, and authentication events needed to operate and secure the Platform.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfill customer orders and coordinate with suppliers.
• Sync catalog, inventory, and order data with Shopify, KeHE/TrueCommerce, and other integrated services.
• Calculate campaign donations, generate payouts, and manage financial records.
• Send operational emails, notifications, and reports to authorized users and customers.
• Maintain Platform security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data based on the necessity to perform our contract with you (providing the Platform), your consent where required, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Platform, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Subprocessors and Integrations

We share data with third-party service providers only as needed to operate the Platform. Current integrations include:

• Shopify — storefront, order, and customer data.
• KeHE / TrueCommerce — distributor EDI transactions (850, 855, 810, 846, 856, 997).
• Stripe — payment processing and campaign leader payouts.
• QuickBooks Online — accounting and bill ingestion.
• Postmark — email delivery.
• Fundlet — campaign activation and attribution data.

Each integration provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Platform uses essential cookies and browser storage (such as localStorage) to maintain authentication, session state, and user preferences like theme selection. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies for behavioral profiling. If analytics tools are added in the future, this section will be updated.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Platform and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including any period required by law, tax, or accounting obligations. When you request deletion of your account or data, we will delete or anonymize personal data within a commercially reasonable time, except where we are required to retain it. Current retention period: seven (7) years after account closure or the end of the relevant transaction/campaign period.

8. Your Privacy Rights

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect data, including encryption in transit, access controls, multi-factor authentication, and row-level security in the backend database. Security is a shared responsibility: you must protect your account credentials, review access permissions for Authorized Users, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us immediately.
