This store is operated by Manna Fund, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company with its principal office in Longmont, Colorado. Manna Fund, LLC is the seller of record for every order placed here and the only Manna entity you contract with.

3. Where we sell

Manna Fund accepts orders for delivery within the State of Colorado only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, or international destinations. Products and campaigns shown here are offered only where lawful.

4. Governing law and venue

These pages and your purchases are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, subject to any non-waivable right you have to bring a claim elsewhere.

5. Trademarks and content

The Manna Fund name, logo, site design, text, graphics, and campaign materials are owned by Manna Fund, LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Product names, brand names, images, and packaging belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the products we sell. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or marks for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Copyright complaints

We remove content that we reasonably believe infringes someone's rights or violates the law. Manna Fund has not designated an agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and does not currently host user-directed content for which safe-harbor registration is required. If we later host that kind of content, we will register and publish a designated agent and maintain a compliant notice and counter-notice process. Until then, send copyright complaints to support@mannafund.co with the work at issue, the URL, and your contact information.

7. Product information and images

Product descriptions, ingredient lists, allergen information, nutrition data, and images come from manufacturers and suppliers and may change without notice. Always read the label on the product you receive before use. If a product you received does not match its listing, contact support and we will make it right under the Refund Policy.

8. Fundraising claims

Campaign benefit amounts stated on this site are described as a percentage of Manna Fund's net proceeds from eligible completed orders, as defined in the applicable campaign disclosure and the Organization Campaign Agreement. Manna Fund acts as a commercial co-venturer, not as a charity, and purchases through this store are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.
