Refund Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

This page restates, in plain language, the refund terms in the Consumer User Agreement. If anything here differs from that agreement, the agreement controls. Nothing on this page limits rights you have under Colorado or federal law.

1. All sales are final, with important exceptions

Because we ship food and household goods, we do not accept routine returns or exchanges. That does not limit your remedy for a shipping or delivery error, or for a product that arrives wrong, missing, damaged, unsafe, spoiled, misdescribed, or recalled. For a verified problem we will make it right — usually by replacement, redelivery, or a partial or full refund.

2. Do not ship anything back on your own

Never return a product unless we send you written return instructions. If we ask for a return, we provide a prepaid label. Choosing not to request a return has no bearing on whether you get a refund or replacement.

3. Cancellations before your order ships

An order can be canceled before we accept it or begin fulfillment. If we reject or cancel an order — for inventory, a pricing error, suspected fraud, a failed payment, a legal restriction, or a delivery limitation — we release the authorization or refund the amount charged. If your order cannot ship within the promised time, we will tell you and offer the choice to wait or cancel for a prompt refund.

4. Missing or short-filled items

We never substitute products. If our supplier cannot fill part of your order, the unfilled quantity is simply left out of the shipment, and we refund the product price for the omitted quantity together with the sales tax charged on it. Omitted or reduced lines are identified in your order or shipping confirmation.

5. Shipping charges

The flat shipping charge is set per order, not per item. It is not refunded and not recalculated when a line is omitted or short-filled, because the order still ships — and it is never increased for that reason. If nothing on your order ships at all, the entire order is refunded, including shipping and all tax. See the Shipping Policy for rates.

6. Sales tax

Tax follows the item. Whenever we refund the price of a product, we refund the Colorado sales tax charged on that product with it. Tax on a shipping charge is refunded only when the shipping charge itself is refunded.

7. Packages that never arrive

A package that was not delivered is handled differently from a complaint about a delivered package. Check your tracking and tell us promptly. Our fulfillment supplier prints the label on Manna Fund's own carrier account, so we file any carrier claim — you will never be asked to file one. We may ask you for a signed statement confirming non-receipt and for reasonable cooperation with the investigation. If the package was lost before risk passed to you, we replace it or refund you.

8. Optional tips

A tip is optional, selected by you at checkout, and is income to Manna Fund. It is never a charitable donation and is never paid to a campaign organization. If you were charged a tip in error, contact us and we will refund it.

9. Campaign contributions

Campaign contributions are calculated from completed, non-refunded orders. Refunding a product may reduce or reverse the contribution generated by that order.

10. How and when you get your money

Approved refunds go back promptly to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how long posting takes, commonly a few business days. We will not substitute store credit for a refund you are legally owed without your consent.

11. Chargebacks

If something goes wrong, please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually resolve it faster. Contacting us first does not waive your payment-card or billing-dispute rights.

12. How to request a refund

Email support@mannafund.co with your order number, or open a support ticket. Photos help for damaged or incorrect items. Report problems promptly so we can act on them.
